Upminster RFC run sides in the YOUTH age groups as follows;

Under 13    Year 8 at school
Under 14    Year 9 at school
Under 15  Year 10 at school
Under 16  Year 11 at school
Under 17  Year 12 at school
COLTS - up to Under 19.

All age groups are determined by the age of the player as at the start of the season i.e. 1st September.
